Disputes arising from this contract will be settled by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on simplified arbitration procedures. However, procedures may be subject to a Swedish court if the disputed amount is less than two base amounts in accordance with the Swedish National Insurance Act (1962:382).
Purchase contracted between Brandon AB and the Customer will be governed by the substantive laws of Sweden.
